Sustainability training

Environmental literacy, research and continuous learning are essential to our work and to achieve our sustainability objectives. We want our employees to have a consistent awareness and understanding of our leadership role in the area of sustainability.

A web-based sustainability training is available to everyone in the organization.

Eco-tips in the office

We also want to inspire our employees and others to discover what they can do as individuals. We now include small steps we can each take to be more environmentally effective.

From executive level to the shop floor, we see buy-in to our sustainability efforts (waste selection, responsible printing, videoconferencing etc…)

We expect our suppliers to embrace our values and promote sustainable business practices by:

obeying social local laws and regulations
actively maintaining earth-friendly environmental practices
partnering with us to deliver safe and environmental friendly products in the most transparent way

We ask our potential suppliers to fill in an online form, and we select the ones who address environmental and social responsibility criteria along with our financial and quality criteria. We conduct periodic third party audits of suppliers
